Collaborate with nurse lactation consultants
Manage shipments of donor human milk
Document daily temperatures for storage
Disinfect work surfaces and equipment
Prepare the pasteurization room for milk pooling Requirements:
Food and Nutrition Degree/Diploma required
2 years Diet Technician experience preferred
Food Safety Training Certificate is mandatory
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
