With your extensive technician experience, you’ll maintain building systems, providing quality service and ensuring residents enjoy well-kept facilities. Your commitment will build better communities and support our growth across Western Canada and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain structural integrity through minor repairs
Address maintenance requests within 48 hours
Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Communicate updates effectively to residents Requirements:
Experience as a Facilities Technician
Robust customer service orientation
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Class 5 Driver's License and access to transportation
Willingness to participate in ongoing training Utilize your technical skills and customer service in support of Deveraux's mission to create excellent community living experiences.
