You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations, monthly financial statements, and the full close cycle. Your leadership will also help develop a growing team, including a senior accountant and accounts payable staff from day one. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions with precision
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Execute month-end and year-end close processes
Improve internal controls and accounting procedures
Mentor and manage the accounting team Requirements:
7 to 10 years of accounting experience
Proven ownership of full close cycles
Knowledge of IFRS and ASPE
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel
Direct management experience in a energetic workplace Excel in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as you step into leadership at a growing business.
