You will oversee accounting, reporting, and cost accounting in construction and manufacturing sectors. The focus will be on monthly closes, audits, and maintaining accurate financial controls in a data-driven setting. Key Responsibilities:
Own monthly close process with reconciliations and accruals
Prepare management reporting packages for leadership
Lead preparation of year-end financial statements
Develop internal controls and month-end procedures
Identify cost and margin improvement opportunities Requirements:
5+ years in accounting with leadership experience
Hands-on experience in construction or manufacturing
Solid knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills
CPA designation is an asset
