Lead the Development Engineering team at WhiteWater, driving innovation and excellence in product development. This full time managerial role in Richmond, BC involves mentorship, resource planning, and project ownership. As the Manager/Team Lead, you will support engineers and designers, ensuring the balance of workloads and effective execution of projects following the Stage-Gate process.

Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers
Support team through feedback and mentorship
Allocate resources across active projects
Monitor workload and resolve resource conflicts
Serve as escalation point for project concerns Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership
Experience with product development and project management
Registered Skilled Engineer (P.Eng. or P.E.) preferred
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Drive product development excellence by leading a dedicated team at WhiteWater in Richmond.
