With at least five years of fundraising experience, preferably in healthcare, you will create compelling donor proposals and meet fundraising targets. This position requires collaboration with staff, volunteers, and healthcare specialists to build robust relationships and ensure effective stewardship. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate potential donors
Secure major gifts ranging from $10,000 to $100,000+
Develop and present proposals to prospective contributors

Meet and exceed established fundraising targets Requirements:
