Prepare food for restaurant and banquet settings
Manage food requisitioning from the storeroom
Check daily prep requirements and set up your station
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
Control waste and maintain low inventory Requirements:
Minimum two years of line cooking experience
Certificate or Diploma in Cooking is an asset
