As a Team Leader, you will oversee the YMCAs Youth Basketball programs, ensuring quality delivery of practices and games. Your responsibilities include administrative support, relationship management with families, and maintaining a clean workplace. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quality program delivery during practices and games
• Provide administrative support for scheduling and payroll
• Build relationships with families, participants, and volunteers
• Maintain a safe and professional workplace at all times

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
• Experience coaching children in sports
• Certification in Emergency First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Successful completion of a Criminal Record check
