Provide broad Personal Lines support across new business and service needs
Carry and manage a medium book of Personal Lines renewals
Complete quotes on the spot or within 24 hours
Serve walk-in clients and assist with MPI services
Collect claims information and follow up with customers Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines insurance
Level 1 General Insurance License required
Solid customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities
