This role requires an active RN registration, robust clinical assessment skills, and the ability to provide protected care to patients with complex, chronic, and geriatric needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care within varying healthcare settings. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in long-term care and assisted living facilities
Manage and administer medications to residents safely
Document patient assessments, care plans,

Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families
Support patients with dementia and chronic care needs Requirements:
Active RN registration in BC or Alberta
Graduate of a recognized nursing program
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Solid written and verbal communication skills
