Responsibilities
Monitor access points to control entry and exit for visitors, staff, contractors, and vendors, ensuring only authorized individuals are granted access
Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee premises, identify suspicious activities, and prevent theft or vandalism
Perform security patrols of the property to detect potential hazards or breaches in security protocols
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
Assist visitors and residents with inquiries, directions, or assistance to foster a positive environment




Implement loss prevention strategies by observing behaviors and conducting inspections when necessary
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and surveillance footage for reporting and record-keeping purposes

Experience
Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and security technology is essential
Knowledge of loss prevention methods and best practices for safeguarding property and assets
Solid observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly and accurately
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse individuals and emergency personnel
Ability to remain calm under pressure while handling sensitive situations professionally
