You will oversee a dedicated team providing critical support through the 988 National Suicide Line, utilizing trauma-informed care approaches. Your expertise in clinical supervision and crisis intervention will ensure effective volunteer engagement and service quality. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical consultation to 988 volunteer call takers
Debrief volunteers and offer real-time support
Develop and adjust volunteer schedules as needed
Review call recordings for quality assurance
Manage volunteer evaluations and learning goals Requirements:
Graduate degree in a related field preferred
5 years clinical counselling experience required
3 years clinical supervisory experience needed
Completion of ASIST training mandatory
