Collaborating with course instructors and preceptors, you will support student learning objectives while modeling patient-centered care. Your ample clinical experience will be crucial in creating an insightful learning workplace for the next generation of nurses. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students in clinical settings for practical learning
Prepare and assess assignments as outlined in the syllabus




Foster student communication and teamwork in healthcare
Provide regular feedback on student progress and development
Address issues proactively to enhance learning experiences Requirements:
BScN required; Master’s degree preferred
Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience
Prior experience as a preceptor or clinical instructor preferred
