Cornwall Community Hospital is seeking a Social Worker BSW to join the Social Work unit in Cornwall. You will provide clinical social work services, perform assessments, discharge planning, and coordinate community referrals within a hospital setting.

The position is permanent full time with one opening. Eligibility for registration as a Social Worker in Ontario is required; OPSEU represents the union. The salary range is shown as hourly CAD in the posting.
