About the Role

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to generate new human resource business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and close sales. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for HR services (recruitment, HR consulting, workforce solutions, training, payroll, etc.)
Prospect and engage potential clients through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and follow-ups
Conduct sales presentations and needs assessments
Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
Build and maintain solid client relationships for repeat and referral business
Maintain accurate sales and pipeline records




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruitment, staffing, or HR services
Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Comfortable with commission-only compensation
Existing business or HR-related network is a strong asset
