Rapid paced specialty cleaner looking for a Call Centre Customer Service Representative to work out of our Etobicoke and North York facility.

Responsibilities
Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in timely manner
Identify clients needs, clarify information research every issue and provide solutions
Keep detailed records of conversations in our database
Scheduling pick up and deliveries
Answering emails and providing quotes to clients

Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support role
Robust phone and verbal communication skills
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Proficient working with Microsoft excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
