Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order entry and cash handling
Manage cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while adhering to cash handling procedures
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service and prevent over-serving




Restock bar supplies regularly and coordinate with management for inventory needs

Skills
Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming workplace for diverse guests
Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly without compromising service quality
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, change calculation, and inventory tracking
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
