Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and offer expert recommendations for styles and treatments
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
Upsell retail hair care products and styling tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
Stay current on the latest trends, techniques,



and products in the hair industry to deliver innovative styles

Requirements
Proven experience as a barber or stylist with a robust portfolio of work showcasing diverse styles
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures for tools and equipment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members to foster a positive environment
Basic retail sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products confidently
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities efficiently
Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations for practicing barbering or hairstyling
