Expected Compensation: The hourly rate for this role is $23.00 on a 35-hour work week, with an increase upon licensing and movement into the Insurance Advisor position.

As a Trainee you will:

• Have your licensing costs covered by Westland


• Be provided with a training plan to ensure you’re fully supported throughout the six-week training period and beyond
