Analyze trends to develop accurate revenue forecasts
Recruit and guide food and beverage leaders
Oversee opening and closing of seasonal outlets
Represent outlets in pre-convention meetings Requirements:
Senior leadership experience in Food & Beverage
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Highly responsible and reliable
