We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability.
Duties:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
Supervise and train store staff to meet sales goals
Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
Robust sales skills with the ability to upsell products
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Bilingual proficiency is a plus
Knowledge of cash handling procedures
Basic math skills for inventory management
Technical sales knowledge is advantageous
