As a Personal Support Worker, you'll support patients with daily activities while being guided by our Personal Support Manager. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, household tasks, and medication support, ensuring a safe and caring environment. You'll also be responsible for providing emotional and cognitive support to our patients throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities like personal care

• Provide cognitive and emotional support to patients
• Prepare nutritious meals according to care plans

Requirements:
• Valid certification in Personal Support Work or related fields
• Solid interpersonal skills and patient dedication
• Ability to work flexible schedule and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Current vulnerable sector clearance
