The Career

Foundation, a recognized non-profit organization, is seeking an experienced Area Manager for its Scarborough Employment Centre. This full time role requires strong leadership in managing a team and ensuring compliance with Employment Ontario standards. You will cultivate a positive service setting while leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily client service delivery and team performance
Monitor compliance with funder requirements and quality assurance standards




Develop performance improvement plans based on data analysis
Manage budget expenditures and financial documentation
Address stakeholder feedback and maintain service records Requirements:
Five years of experience in management within Employment Services
Familiarity with Employment Ontario IES model
Solid skills in team coaching and performance management
University degree or equivalent experience required
