Your role includes instructing swimming lessons, supervising aquatic staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards. You will provide invaluable customer service while conducting aquatic programs and responding to emergencies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating aquatic programs
Supervise aquatic activities and lifeguarding duties
Instruct swim lessons and monitor participant safety
Conduct water tests and manage chemical levels
Lead activities during public swim sessions Requirements:
Current National Lifeguard Award
Swim Instructor Certification and First Aid Certification
CPR Level C Certification
Solid communication and conflict resolution skills
