Empower families as a Casual Early Childhood Program Facilitator. Lead engaging play-based sessions and assist in fostering early childhood development in a supportive setting.This on-call role is dedicated to supporting families with children from prenatal to age five. You will plan and lead play sessions, ensure a safe and clean setting, and collaborate with volunteers and staff. Additionally, you’ll connect parents to necessary resources and collect attendance data to help improve offerings.Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate play-based learning activities for young children
Maintain a safe and welcoming workplace
Answer questions and provide information to parents
Assist with registration and data collection tasks
Promote programs through community outreachRequirements:
Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent
1–2 years' experience working with families and children
Knowledge of early childhood development concepts
Valid First Aid/CPR Certification required
