In this existing position, the Terminal Operator will play a critical role in marshalling and spotting rail cars, loading and offloading materials, and inspecting rail cars to ensure compliance with safety standards. This role requires someone with a solid commitment to safety and the ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support marshalling and spotting of rail cars safely
• Load and offload rail cars per regulations




• Inspect rail cars and document findings
• Complete daily reports for the Terminal Manager
• Conduct general housekeeping and light maintenance
Requirements:
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Willingness to lift 40–60 lbs
• Experience in rail, terminal, or transloading beneficial
• Ability to work outdoors and at heights
• Mentoring experience is an asset
