International SOS in Canada is seeking a Primary Care Paramedic to deliver rapid, qualified emergency medical care on client sites. You’ll maintain readiness of equipment and transport vehicles, perform triage, and operate within licensed scope while upholding provincial standards.

You’ll work a fly-in/fly-out schedule with 2 weeks on/2 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off, with full pay for the year. The role includes comprehensive advantages, uniforms and PPE, annual skills assessments, and
