Amec Cutting & Coring Ltd. is a leading provider of Concrete Cutting services in the Lower Mainland. We offer a wide range of services including concrete/ asphalt cutting, coring, scanning/ excavation/ backfill, concrete removal/ disposal, concrete placing/ finishing. We are looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable (AP): Input vendor invoices, match purchase orders, verify expense coding, and process payments via cheque or EFT
Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor bank accounts, record incoming e-payments or cheques, apply payments to customer accounts, and handle collections
Reconciliations: Match monthly vendor statements, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Remittances: Prepare and submit CRA remittances for payroll, GST and WorkSafe Premiums

Requirements:




Experience: 1 to 3 years of accounting support experience
Education: Post-secondary diploma or certificate in accounting or bookkeeping preferred
Software Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word and accounting systems such as QuickBooks
