About the role

You'll keep our plants healthy, get orders out the door and help customers in the shop. Some days you'll be helping a first-time plant owner pick something easy, and other days you'll be prepping a big order for a wedding. It's hands‑on work, and no two days look the same.

You don't need to be a plant expert, but you should know your way around common houseplants and genuinely enjoy caring for them. We'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do
Care for plants in the shop: watering, cleaning leaves, pruning and checking for pests
Pick, pack and stage online orders for GTA delivery and shipping
Get pickup orders ready and hand them off to customers
Help customers in the shop and ring up sales on our POS
Prep bulk plant orders for weddings, showers and corporate events
Help with local deliveries
Receive plant shipments and help with inventory counts

Help with product photos and social media content
Pitch in on anything else the Store Manager needs
