What You Do:
Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments and assist with treatment estimates
Assist with processing insurance claims and communicate with providers
Support clinic operations in a rapid-paced workplace

What We’re Looking For:




A high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related education is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly telephone demeanor.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
Empathy and a genuine interest in patient care and wellness.
Wage: $20-$22/hour
