Utilize

Cadwork to create exact 3D models and shop drawings that support sustainable mass timber production. The position reports directly to the Director of Fabrication Design and is key in the manufacturing process. Your technical background in CAD will be instrumental in crafting detailed models and drawings while collaborating closely with clients and project stakeholders.

You will ensure projects are completed on time with quality by following established guidelines and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute clean 3D models and 2D shop drawings
Produce accurate “Issued For Fabrication” lists




Follow drafting standards and maintain project data consistency
Review task estimates and provide status updates
Identify issues to maintain project quality and schedule Requirements:
Technical Degree or Diploma in CAD Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of 3D modeling experience
Familiarity with Cadwork or similar software
Robust problem-solving and communication skills
