As a 3D FX Lead, you will harness over five years of experience in effects simulations while guiding a talented group of artists. Your leadership will ensure the highest standards of quality in visual effects, enhancing both natural and supernatural environments. Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and guide the 3D FX team toward effective problem solving
Create technically demanding hero effects for cinematic scenes




Collaborate with the FX Supervisor on task assignments
Work with the Pipeline team to resolve high-level technical challenges
Maintain a smooth workflow across departments Requirements:
5+ years in creating film or game effects
Proficient in Houdini, Maya, and Nuke Compositing
Deep understanding of the 3D animation pipeline
Legal eligibility to work in British Columbia
