Responsibilities:
Clean preparation area, cooking surfaces and utensils.
Preparing and cooking, beef, veggies, grilled chicken.
Cook bacon, eggs, potatoes, grill onions
Cook French fries, crispy chicken, onion rings, yam fries and donuts.
Prepare hamburgers, sandwiches, salads etc.
Add relishes and garnishes to food orders from a wide section of toppings including cheese and bacon, fried egg and chili, according to customer’s instruction.
Wrap food items and package take-out food.
Stock refrigerators and keep records of quantities of food used and need to orders.
Ensure that food and service meet the set standard of quality.
Taking customers’ orders.
Receive and process payment for foods and beverages and help customers with valuable customer service skills.
Train new grill staff, work safety and sanitation procedures.
Monitor food production and service to assure that planned menus are followed.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all food and supplies.
Complete daily temperature checklists and report any inconsistencies
Maintain clean and food save grill cooking areas.
Ensures compliance with all Resort policies,



standards and procedures.
To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma, strongly preferred, but not necessary
Knowledge of Food & Beverage cycle
Food Safety Certification is an asset
Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environmeny
Organizational Skills
Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers in English
Team Player

The schedule for this position may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays.
