Plan, organize and manage the work of unionized employees;

Ensure that staff members comply with policies, administrative procedures, safety rules, collective agreements and government regulations;

Collaborate with other supervisors and staff to establish and implement policies, procedures and objectives;

Conduct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel management in a unionized workplace;

Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook;

Valid Class 5 Drivers License with 6 or less demerits
