In this critical position, you will coordinate all aspects of ground handling and serve as the primary communication channel between ramp operations and customers. Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational communications between Ramp Operations and customers
Monitor flight activities and update daily flight records
Coordinate all towing activities and gate changes
Ensure resources meet operational demands
Report unserviceable ground support equipment to maintenance
Requirements:
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
One year of experience in aviation ground handling preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
Ability to complete required safety training
