In this key position, you will manage the health and safety function, reporting directly to the Director, People, Safety & Culture. Your extensive expertise will support our Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS), ensuring continuous improvement across operations.

You'll also play a significant role in fostering a proactive safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily health and safety functions across all sites
Provide strategic direction on health and safety initiatives




Lead loss prevention programs and risk assessments
Partner with leaders to enhance operational safety practices
Monitor health and safety performance and recommend improvements

Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in a related field
Minimum 7 years of health and safety experience
Experience with OHSMS and incident investigations
Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
Qualified designation preferred
