CHEO seeks a Patient Service Clerk for its inpatient surgery unit. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about helping children and youth succeed. Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining patient information using Epic systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Create current patient profiles in Epic software
Schedule patient appointments based on priority
Handle patient inquiries via telephone and in-person
Maintain inventory and organize medical records
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures

Requirements:
Secondary School Graduation Diploma required
Six months of relevant experience preferred
Proficient in Epic and Cadence software
Bilingual in English and French
Criminal Record Check mandatory
