In this hands-on role, you'll report to the VP Finance – Continuous Improvement, leading GBS Finance and Controlling operations across North America, Europe, India, and China. Your expertise in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management will foster strong partnerships with GBS leaders, ensuring compliance and enhancing financial health.
Lead financial planning and forecasting processes
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
• Build and develop a global finance team
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred
• Proven financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis
• Solid communication skills for senior executives
