Join Gerdau as a Production Labourer (Utility Person) in the finishing area of our Rolling Mill. Prepare quality steel bars while ensuring safety and efficiency in a agile workplace.

In this role, you will work collaboratively within a team while being responsible for handling, sorting, and inspecting finished steel products. You'll assist Machine Operators in set-up tasks, maintain equipment cleanliness, and operate essential machinery like overhead cranes and forklifts.

Your ability to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle, sort, stack, and bundle products
Inspect finished bar products during processing
Tag and inventory products using automated systems
Assist with equipment set-up and troubleshooting
Clean machines and work areas

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to perform in a physically demanding workplace
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and judgement
Must work 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights
