Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate project requirements and prepare estimates

Utilize Microsoft Office and estimating software effectively
Participate in project delivery method discussions

Requirements:
Estimating experience with a General Contractor
Background in tenant improvements and light industrial projects
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with various estimating software tools
