This position requires a high school diploma and a valid Class 5/Class G license. Candidates should possess valuable interpersonal skills and knowledge of Fed Ex Express Canada operations. You'll handle temperature-controlled packages when necessary and perform vehicle inspections for compliance to safety best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight from company vehicles
Scan packages for tracking and sorting purposes
Operate vehicles safely and efficiently
Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
Maintain security of packages and equipment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Class 5/Class G license with a clean record
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs independently
Some knowledge of customs regulations
Bilingual in French and English (Quebec only)
