Expect to monitor integrations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver against SLAs while progressively taking on more complex initiatives. As a Senior TAM, your collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams will be vital in driving key technical projects and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities:
Own operational health of strategic alliance technical accounts
Monitor alerting, troubleshooting, and field technical inquiries




Perform root-cause analysis and escalate issues as needed
Drive technical initiatives and integration optimizations
Design custom integration solutions for diverse merchant needs

Requirements:
Minimum six years in a technical, external-facing role
Expertise in API integrations and code fluency
Robust troubleshooting skills using logs and analysis tools
Ability to manage relationships with technical decision-makers
Proven experience mentoring and leading technical teams
