Lead the financial landscape at Symbotic as the Regional Controller focused on Canadian operations. This role, preferably based in Toronto, integrates accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. Symbotic is seeking a dedicated Regional Controller to manage financial activities across Canada. With over 8 years of relevant experience, you will ensure adherence to Canadian accounting standards, while collaborating with Corporate FP&A; for effective business planning. Your leadership will support scalable processes in a agile, multinational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Canadian regulatory and financial reporting requirements
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities




Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and financial analyses
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and labor regulations
Partner with various teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
CPA designation preferred
Solid knowledge of Canadian tax and regulatory requirements
Fluent in English and French, with ERP experience preferred
