This remote position involves guiding internal and external resources to create a comprehensive 5-year capital plan. You will also enhance technical capabilities and manage project KPIs to support operational excellence across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan
Lead capital projects following Initiative Management processes




Oversee team KPIs including budget tracking and safety
Collaborate with teams across operations and engineering
Mentor and coach internal and external engineering resources

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
Experience in aseptic settings preferred
Proven track record in multi-site capital planning
Formal project management training is a plus
Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite
