We are currently seeking a candidate who is qualified for the role of full time Vacuum Heat Treat Operator. You will calibrate furnaces, monitor technical specifications, and ensure the metallurgical integrity of high-performance turbine components.Base wage:$27.00 - $29.00 / hourDate Posted: May 8, 2026We have an opening on Day Shift. The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.Typical Duties Include (but are not limited to):Operate furnaces to ensure that temperature settings, pressure, and time durations are accurate and within specificationsReview technical specifications to understand the materials being treated and the desired propertiesInspect raw materials before and after heat treatment to ensure proper size, shape, and qualityPerform routine maintenance on heat treatment equipment to keep it running efficientlyEnsure that all work is performed in compliance with company safety regulations and quality standardsKey Skill Requirements:Ability to identify and fix equipment malfunctions or problems quicklyGood visual acuity and attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment with minimal supervisionBasic math skillsKey Experience/Education:Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook an assetExperience programming furnace controllers,
