Application Support Engineer to join their team. As an AR/VR
Application Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical
support team, providing essential assistance to users of augmented
reality technology. The ideal candidate will have strong

What's the Job?
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users of AR devices.
Provide remote and in-person technical support to enhance user
experience.
Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation for
troubleshooting processes.
Contribute to the creation of diagnostic tools and scripts to
streamline support efforts.
Manage logistics support, including receiving and processing
incoming packages and maintaining the device loan library.

Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, particularly
with AR technology.
Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and
document processes.
