12-month renewable contract with a major financial institution in Montreal: VB.NET and C#.NET applications, REST and SOAP APIs. At least ten years of experience, hybrid with 2 days on site.

We are looking for a senior .NET developer, equally comfortable in VB.NET and C#.NET, for a major financial institution based in Montreal. The applications are live in production and evolve regularly.

What you will do
Maintain and extend VB.NET and C#.NET applications
Design and consume RESTful APIs and SOAP/WCF services
Handle the SQL layer, testing and releases through Azure DevOps
Deliver in an agile setup with the existing team

What we are looking for
At least 10 years in a similar role
Production experience with VB.NET and C#.NET, Git, SQL
CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps
Qualified French and English
Downtown Montreal, hybrid, 2 days a week on site
Freelance or permanent Abbeal employee, your choice
