MSA is looking for bilingual (English and French) financial professionals for a part time contractor role. You will help clients understand tax concepts and guide them in achieving their financial goals. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for financial education, contributing to a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual financial coaching sessions with clients
Simplify complex tax planning concepts for members
Develop cutting-edge strategies for financial challenges
Maintain detailed notes and records of client interactions
Empower members to take steps toward financial well-being

Requirements:
4-year degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in tax planning and personal tax preparation
CPA, CFP, or similar certification (preferred)
Exceptional communication and motivational skills
Availability to support members two evenings weekly
