Design training solutions for adult learners




Evaluate learning effectiveness with data-driven insights
Manage complex design projects from conception to execution

Requirements:
Proven experience in facilitating engaging learning sessions
Solid interest in AI technologies and adult learning principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze and identify capability gaps
Experience in organizational development or learning strategies
