About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the company's strategy, with a focus on significantly accelerating revenues and profits. This role demands a hands-on, 'lead from the front' approach, and the ability to nurture a collaborative culture of excellence. Key responsibilities include working with the ownership group and senior management to refine strategic and operating plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational capacity, and architecting the organization for scalability. The role also involves providing direction, performance management, and developmental support to the team,



as well as driving the revenue build process and maintaining senior-level relationships with customers and strategic partners.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years' of leadership experience, with a proven track record in scaling enterprise software companies and driving accelerated revenue growth. A robust business development orientation, P&L; experience, and a passion for the not-for-profit sector are essential. The role requires a charismatic, inspirational leader with a strategic approach, a focus on results, and a strong customer/client orientation. The candidate should be adept at change management and business transformation, with the ability to adapt the business model to evolving customer needs and competitive offerings. A background in commercial and financial principles, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and market, is also necessary.
